Ready for Work is one of the employability programmes from Business in the Community Ireland. It aims to support people affected by homelessness back into the workforce by providing them with pre employment training, supported work experience in a participating business, and follow up support of a Training and Employment Officer.

"Momentum have been a valued participating company of the programme for the past five years and have provided supported work placements for 15 formerly homeless clients to date. A number of these people have done well enough in their 4 week placement to have been offered employment with Momentum."
